It is important to note that this complaint process DOES NOT refer to formal protests of value, equity or related matters that may affect your property. All complaints are handled with a sense of urgency.

Chairman, Board of DirectorsThe ARB is an independent board of citizens that reviews appraisals and other issues. You will need to provide the account and reason in order to assist you in filing your complaint.
Tracy Carter, Liaison OfficerA person may file a complain with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) concerning a violation as long as it complies with Chapter 7 Sec. 1151.204 of the Texas Occupation Code.
